Walked in store which is part of the clock repair store. I asked if a watch band could be sized and was informed that she eiuld have to call the jeweler. If you put hours of operation then you should expect a person there. Won't be going back.
I took several items in that needed repairs and the prices quoted were fantastic. The repairs were beautifully done. I will absolutely be taking all my repairs there in the future. Devin is very personable and is extremely knowledgeable in his craft.
After 30 years of wearing my wedding bands separate from each other, I finally got the courage to fix the problem and I chose to send them to Elgius Jewelers to have the 3 rings put together. I sent them in the mail, with a ring that fit me properly so they could be re-sized as well. It was a thrill to get the rings back and the work had been done to perfection! I wear the ring everyday now and wish I had done this sooner! The service in this shop is excellent. I felt valued as a customer. Five stars all the way!
