I read 2 or 3 reviews and noticed the owner responded to one. From my experiences with Shrewsbury True Value, this seems like an " of course he would" experience. On my first visit to the store, I was in my truck in the parking lot looking for the place to buy barn siding. Near me was an employee standing in the middle of the lot talking to another on a fork lift. I asked them if I was in their way and if so where I need to go. They said " oh no, you are in just the right place, WE are here for you," Then they proceeded to ask what I needed and took me to where the barn siding was stored, promptly and took 100% care of me. Every other trip, I have had nothing but stellar service as well, whether it be for riding mower parts, propane refills or any other need. Thanks very much.
Lots of parking, nice, knowledgeable staff, clean restrooms, excellent products, reasonable prices, handicap facility
The fact that this store survives with a Home Depot just across the street tells you something. It is the personal service and small town feel of this store that make me return. Plus they have a rental department and Home Depot does not. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable. Very different from "Roam Depot."
Quaint little store that is less confusing and easier,to navigate than Home Depot or Lowes. It is always,good to support the small businesses
Very well stocked hardware store. Has an old school feel. Very helpful staff. Wide selection of everything from nuts, bolts to lawn mower parts. Nice rental section as well.
