Great gym. I love working out here. Would have given a five star rating but their hours have changed to only being open until 7 PM Monday through Friday as of 12/12/17. For some people that don't get off work until 5 or 6 PM and have to drive 20 to 30 minutes home this doesn't allow for enough time to get a workout in. Would like to see hours changed back to a 9 PM close time like it has been in the past. Other gyms cost way too much and at least here I know my donation is going to helping the church and community. I would be very disappointed if I have to change to an expensive gym that just takes my money because I cant get enough workout time in by the time I get home from work. I am sure I am not the only person that would appreciate the later hours as well.

Every piece of work out equipment you could ever want to use, staff is very friendly and helpful. This place is amazing.
This place is great. And absolutely free, although you can leave a donation when you can.
